I'm reading A Darker Shade of Magic for the first time, and just like when I read Addie Larue a couple years ago I'm kicking myself for not reading V.E. Schwab sooner. I'm only 60 pages in, and I already love it!

We are learning and playing Inventions for the first time today. The action selection system is so simple, but the choices it creates are so wonderfully complex. The theme and illustration by @ianotoole.bsky.social are amazing as always!
