Update: she is back in Ruston. The station data still says it's Ruston's silliest station and they just played Sweet Dreams by The Eurythmics. So it's going to be the latter.

No word on that, but a few weeks ago when I was there it sounded like the latter. And if they're Ruston's silliest station, I'd expect random.
