Making connections today through sharing memories of relationships from yesterday at https://www.ancientfaces.com

Now finding myself dedicating more time to spreading awareness as to why we find ourselves in a time of change. Still active on Twitter.
Not using your garmin? Also what gloves are those? I finally had to replace mine after soo many years

In response to T is a very articulate account from an author that succinctly explains the difference between humans reading and how AI operates and creates its Frankenstein content. Sorry it's on Twitter but worth a watch x.com/djpinna/stat...
Daniel J. Pinna on X: "Our screens are aggressively pushing AI products that are causing theft at a level never seen before. Here is one articulate account of the impacts to content creators from an author's perspective. AI can bring a lot of value, but if we don't police it so it serves in our best" / X

Right?!...it's possible because of screens where we live in echo chambers and think we're talking to people but rather ai agents and bots. It's possible because corporations maxing profit have more "votes" than people because of corp funding in politics. It's all simple but no1 seems to address it.

100%. Human competitive advantage is communication, but now that we have always on instant communication via screens full of ai agents, bots, & misinformation & gaslighting, our advantage is becoming a disadvantage.

So much so, that our objective reality is being replaced with our own subjective.

25 yr old webmaster so familiar with G index fluctuations. Similar time as others we saw massive step series of deindex of pages across entire domain for AncientFaces.com Drops reflected in Search console on 5/27 and 5/31. From 6.8m pgs to 1.8m indexed.

Yeah very cool. Wish I had this a few years back :) indexing issues are common now, but years ago I searched for reasons including js. Great share GG!

Yup! Perplexity for me is the go-to. And when on desktop my default is Bing (more traditional search results), and when investigating I use chatGPT and Gemini (although less and less Gemini) where I copy the prompts and paste into both. Ridiculous having to jump thru such hoops :)

Right. I wish they didn't settle. I'd imagine discovery would be illuminating.
