Recovering from surgery, for my new friends. Broke my right femur and knee. Just had Surgery #3 to add a titanium rod from hip to knee.

FB yoinked my post that the Rick Springfield account here "Gave me my first giggle on BlueSky" by msging me to ask if "I'm a fan". Obvs a fake acct. I said "I'm not sure if I should reply to "Rick" or not. I'm on some pretty good drugs, so we'll see". They flagged me for trying to sell drugs.

Hi from a hospital bed in MI. I had a right femur break/broken knee in Oct 23. Non union. Never healed. I have a messed up thyroid, no calcium was being absorbed. Ortho removed the metal frame supporting the bone, cleaned up the scar tissue, re-broke & realigned the bone & put in a metal rod. 1.

I'm glad to see people starting to flock here. By way of re-introduction, I'm Jen. I'm a concert photog & DJ from Detroit. I love books, my pit bulls, cheap beer and ranch dressing. I dislike Trump, Musk, clowns, mustard, coconut & Nazi's. And I'm a Capricorn, so I'm always right about the mustard.
