I've also used it to find tune my supplement regimen, with some really good results. I think the key to making LLMs useful is to really think about what you're asking, and then to NOT trust the output implicitly unless you know the subject matter well. TLDR: time savings, new insights, brainstorming

...have taken me more time to search for on my own. The LLM provided me with twelve destinations. Of those, four were of interest. To find them ok my own, I would be doing web searches for maybe an hour and reading multiple reviews/comments for a little while longer. That sort of thing is helpful.

Most of my "conversations" with ChatGPT have led me to new ideas or provided solutions I would not have thought of. But, I think, just like with a reach engines you have to use the tool properly. So many people sucked at using search engines. They didn't quote properly, they didn't exclude terms...
