We came to a consensus tho.

I read the article you posted. They found the SV40 promoter (that you agree there is no consensus whether it causes cancer or not) using fluorimetry at 10x permissible levels. They did not find the same using the MUCH MORE SENSITIVE qPCR. Their results don't even correlate with their own methods.
