I had to talk myself out of getting SM-33 at Disneyland. They only had two and both had beat up boxes (like kids had banged them around and out them back).

It reads to me like they are funnel students through checkpoints to make it easier for the White House to snatch up any others they deem a problem. Best case scenario, incompetence on their part. At worst, they are complicit with the WH.
