Hi Rachel - my wife passed away at home in Jan (terminal C). We live in Oxon and interacted with PC Hub , DN’s , GP, OoH GP in the last months/weeks. It was hard work even with our wherewithal. I was left wondering if post Shipman fear is part of the problem in getting pain relief early enough
