@msignorile.bsky.social Re: SC call & the referendum on birthright citizenship, it means nothing for amending the US Constitution. A proposed amendment needs a 2/3 vote in House and the Senate. And then that exact amendment needs to be ratified by 3/4 of state legislatures.
