I never been big on "careers" anyway. Competition to get more status, money, and responsibility always felt fake to me. I never needed a lot and there are so many interesting things in this life besides work and careers.

I set my LinkedIn account to "hibernate" today and gosh does it feel good. Why did I wait so long to do that? (I understand I'm lucky to have a stable job and feel for those who are struggling to find work or otherwise suffer from income insecurity)
