Someone said that Black people should stop differentiating themselves & racism would magically disappear (I'm paraphrasing). I told him that to tell people that have been separated in every conceivable way to stop differentiating themselves is like the old school "stop hitting yourself" bullying.

So, now local police are complaining about ICE brutalizing citizens. I wonder would this be happening if they listened to Black people about the abuse of power used by law enforcement decades ago.
