I have been running around with the same hairstyle when playing the main (Lala), though generally I do tend to have a type, which is a bun and/or ponytail. For my Lala, I use the default bun hair all races can use, while for my Roe (the alt), I use the dreads that they and male Highlanders get.

Last week I remembered that a friend had recommended me to try out a verdigris for the armor. Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. Mainly just need something closer to actual verdigris if I want to do something a bit more realistic, but either way, kind of cool! #Warhammer
Exact same recipe as the quoted post, though the trim was redone with Shining Silver from The Army Painter and washed with Nuln Oil from Citadel. "Verdigris" done with Hydra Turquoise from The Army Painter, just thinned down to a wash consistency.

Another few test schemes have hit my desk, waiting and begging for Games Workshop to let me pre-order the Helsmiths of Hashut box :( Anyway, here they are! #Warhammer
If not specified, a paint comes from The Army Painter! Main color of Red Copper, shaded with Red Tone. Secondary color of Shining Silver, shaded with Nuln Oil from Citadel. Spot color of Hydra Turquoise, also shaded with Nuln Oil from Citadel. Kind of a remake of last week's test scheme, just going for a much brighter silver with a black wash instead of a brown wash, a black wash for the turquiose and, potentially the most notable thing, a red wash for the main armor color. Definitely gives the armor way more punch, but I think in some ways I have accidentally created the Word Bearers color scheme. That's... not my intention, though it doesn't look bad and the Word Bearers have a much more punchy red instead of this shade. Also, they generally don't have blue as a spot color. Either way, might have to take some lessons from both schemes I did with Red Copper! If not specified, a paint comes from The Army Painter! Main color of Cobalt Blue, shaded with Blue Tone. Secondary color of Bright Gold, shaded with Nuln Oil from Citadel. Spot color of Wild Green, also shaded with Nuln Oil from Citadel. Again, kind of a remake of the color scheme of Grey Seer from Citadel shaded with Blue Tone, Retributor Armor from Citadel shaded with Agrax Earthtone also from Citadel and Death Guard Green from Citadel shaded with Agrax Earthtone from Citadel. Where this differs is that the green is actually visible and that the main armor is a metallic paint. Overall, pretty solid, though it does feel like something is missing. Might have to work on this one more. If not specified, a paint comes from The Army Painter! Also, very easy: all shading was done with Nuln Oil from Citadel! Main color of Shining Silver. Secondary color of Bright Gold. Spot color of Mephiston Red from Citadel. A completely new scheme (at least, for my test schemes). In some ways inspired by Kommo-O, a Pokémon from the 7th generation of games that has quickly become a favorite of mine. I really do like this scheme a lot, just very very solid. I'm mostly torn between this and the Red Copper one, both are very nice. Either way, super easy scheme with so many ways you could change it just slightly to fit whatever you need. Hell, change the red to a darker blue and you have the Hallowed Knights Stormcast Eternals color scheme, something I realized while writing this alt text.

Another test scheme for my Helsmiths of Hashut hopefully in the near future please I'm begging on my hands and knees Games Workshop #Warhammer. This one is quite fun and super easy to do. I love working with metallic paints, they make life so easy! Also, different guy! A Stormcast Eternal from AoS!
Main color of Red Copper from The Army Painter, shaded with Agrax Earthshade from Citadel. Secondary color of Leadbelcher, also shaded with Agrax Earthshade. Spot color of Hydra Turquoise from The Army Painter, shaded with Blue Tone also from The Army Painterr. Very very fun paint scheme and super simple to do. Just do all the Red Copper and the Leadbelcher parts then all over wash with Agrax Earthshade and bam, 80% of the model is done. The only I have against this scheme is that it is pretty dark and muted, which wasn't entirely unexpected. Potentially I'd swap out the Leadbelcher for a brighter silver paint, so you'd have a better contrast as well for the hilt of the weapons vs the blade of the weapons (I know it is blue in this scheme, wouldn't be for the final mini most likely). Definitely a scheme I'll experiment more with, since it's very versatile. Could even do a blue metallic instead of the Red Copper, just would need a different spot color in that case.

Main color of Grey Seer shaded with Blue Tone from the Army Painter to create this light blue. Secondary color of Retributor Armor, not washed. Weapon blocked in with Leadbelcher as a neutral color for the weapon's blades. Spot color of Death Guard Green, shaded with Agrax Earthshade. Let's immediately talk about a few colors. For the gold want a brighter gold and then wash it with Agrax Earthshade to get it roughly to standard Retributor Armor, just with recesses shaded, so it'd be a bit better for details. I could also learn how to recess shade I suppose... nah. For the spot color, that 100% has to be a more vibrant green. It's very muted so you even barely see it against the Leadbelcher. I'd probably go for a darker green, since the armor and the gold would be pretty bright already, but yeah, more vibrant green. Also, I gotta say, I love how the armor came out. Actually think it looks fantastic, so this is high up for a possible scheme. Main color of Hydra Turquoise from the Army Painter, shaded with Blue Tone from the Army Painter as well. Secondary color of Retributor Armor, not washed. Weapon blocked in with Leadbelcher as a neutral color for the weapon's blades. Spot color of Mephiston Red mixed 1:1 with Averland Sunset to try and create an orange color (I failed, it is a slightly lighter red). Similarly, kind of a remake of the previous one, but I also wanted to try Hydra Turquoise since I had recently gotten it. Much more vibrant armor, which is a bit double edged if you ask me, but it isn't bad. I like it a good bit, just need to get over the fact that the armor color will forever remind me of Hatsune Miku's hair. Also, yeah, tried a different spot color, but it didn't really work out. Could still go for red though, that's not out of the question.

Finally did some more #Warhammer hobbying, in preparation (and hype) for the Helsmiths of Hashut in Age of Sigmar! Made some test color schemes for that army when the army set eventually drops. 2 more schemes 👇
Main color of Iron Warriors, shaded with Nuln Oil. Secondary color of Balthasar Gold, also shaded with Nuln Oil I believe (otherwise Agrax Earthshade). Weapon blocked in with Leadbelcher as a neutral color for the weapon's blades. Spot color of Thousand Sons Blue, shaded with Blue Tone from The Army Painter. Overall, not unhappy with this scheme, but it is kind of close to my Grey Knight color scheme of Grey Seer > Gravelord Grey speedpaint from The Army Painter. Also would probably want a brighter bronze for the secondary color or even swap to a gold. Not bad though, pretty "realistic" as well. Main color of Retributor Armor, shaded with Nuln Oil. Secondary color of Leadbelcher also washed with Nuln Oil. Weapon blocked in with Leadbelcher as a neutral color for the weapon's blades. Spot color of Mephiston Red, shaded with either Nuln Oil or Agrax Earthshade. Overall, pretty good, though I'd personally want a brighter, more yellow, gold. The darker red as a spot color is pretty great. Certainly a good option. Main color of Ironjawz Yellow on top of Grey Seer. Secondary color of Leadbelcher, unsure if washed. If so, would be with Nuln Oil. Weapon blocked in with Leadbelcher as a neutral color for the weapon's blades. Spot color of Mephiston Red, not shaded this time. Mostly made as a remake of the previous gold one and this reaffirmed that I would want a brighter gold. If I do this color scheme straight up, I would need to learn how to use contrast paints well... not impossible, especially since I already have to do that for Grey Knights, but that's still something to consider.

5 days later, I did Fatalis. Now this fight. This fucking fight. Genuinely brilliant. I never felt frustrated during this fight, but it sure was a challenge. This made it worth it to go through Iceborne again. Also, this screenshot kind of sucks LOL (6/7)
