How do used/seconds book sales impact titles that are still in-print? I usually buy used but would love to be intentional about buying new.

I read the same chapter last night! It’s discouraging that people had these ideas so long ago and we couldn’t act on them, but inspiring at the same time to see that congestion pricing has longstanding precedent. It’s finally our time ✊
