Homemade Cream Tomato soup. Canned crushed tomatoes, unfortunately. Sweated diced red pepper, onion, garlic in butter and oil, then added crushed tomatoes. Pureed, then added cream, salt/pepper to taste. Perfect! I'll add more roasted red pepper next time. 🍽️

Although I don't make sourdough anymore, I still cherish the flavour and process. Great bread. Perhaps one day I'll start again. Used the Tartine method. 🍽️

So happy that Betty got her own stamp!

Been making sourdough for about 10 years. Stopped a couple years ago as it took so long to make and so little time to eat! Hopefully will return to it. Love the bread. Used to add cranberries, chocolate chips, walnuts, and more!

Lexi rolled in dead salmon yesterday on our river walk. A makeshift shower here did little. Off to Bosley's for a proper bath. If she still smells, there will be a smelly, guilty dog up for adoption. Notice the guilty look and verted eyes.

Saw a Jerusalem Cricket on our walk yesterday. They're big and freaky looking, but are beneficial and harmless. Nature is awesome.
