Has anyone else ever read Zero Patrol from Continuity Comics? There was a back up story by Neal Adams? That has one of the best approaches to prison reform that I’ve ever seen anywhere. I read it when I was eight and never forgot it.

Woke up this morning and felt like watching Athena again. If you’ve never seen this film, I highly encourage you to do so. One of the most beautiful and inspiring films about revolution. Near perfect, it’s on Netflix now.

Blue Giant is everything I love about music, passion, creativity, and life wrapped up in one beautiful anime. Life changing. I might watch it again today.

I keep falling off this thread but since I just watched it the other day… I saw Die Hard in theaters, I’m not even sure if I had seen the trailer. I just knew it was an action movie with the guy from Moonlighting. My mother took me because she loved Bruce Willis.

I love the contrast between the Man Of Steel trailer and the new James Gunn Superman trailer. Both feature him alone in the snow, one features him attempting to fly, the other him crashing back to earth. Instantly we know this is a more humanized version instead of the Godlike Snyder version.

Didn’t realize I fell off this five days ago yikes. Lemme get back to it, with another one of my favorite role playing games. I loved the whole Palladium system, with TMNT and Robotech being my introduction, but RIFTS is so weird, introduced me to the idea of Ley Lines and so much more.

Probably should have started this thread with this one. My sister said I was a quiet child who came out of this film a talkative toddler. All of my early childhood memories revolve around it. I was a member of Bantha Tracks (iykyk).

I’ll never forget being in class, reading the section on the bombs dropping on people while they watched television, and something in my brain snapping. Like I knew I would never be able to look at the world the same way. One of the most terrifying books I’ve ever read.
