well, last couple days had some ups and downs!
the good news is, I'm all caught up with coldplay. Moon Music, completely against my expectation, is one of the best albums they've done.
the bad news is, I exist on the earth and read the news.
coldplay is hard-pressed to keep me buoyant against that.

I'm still waiting to get to the part of the story where *this* beautiful thing becomes relevant, though. this was a sketch by old friend Rappu at least 10 years ago, and last year I was able to digitize it and turn it into this thing.

I have still been creating. actually created a lot of things this year. I wrote over 130,000 words in two months, I did a lot of web work, I wrote and released a 20-minute prog rock song, and I've made like 20 new youtube videos.

y'know what. twitter really did a number on my brain. I'd post things there and shout into the void. I suspected my reach was throttled, did not help my socially-starved brain.
