Just to clarify…a group of dudes can dress up in tactical gear camo and kill people and the FBI won’t take action and will prevent local and state law enforcement from investigating? Isn’t that a go to arrest these guys simply for showing up? We don’t know the shooters and they fit the description!

Focus on eating about 80-100 grams of protein from lentils, moong beans, rice & oat groats every day with some greens and fruit. Get a good blender and make nacho cheese/ mayo with moong/nutr yeast/cashew, muffins of oat/soy/arrowroot/xylitol and breads with gold lentil/oats/arrowroot. Got fiber?
