Unfortunately physician compensation in the EU isn't enough to pay off US college and med school tuition plus whatever loans you might need to live during residency. Hell, US compensation isn't great depending on your tuition.

I tried it out on pc recently (7800x3d, 3070) and I was surprised at how bad the first time player experience is. It definitely does not stop once you hit the ground. Traversal sucks and don't get me started on trying to drive around
