Because at the end of the day, if what you train can do what your role requires in a way that’s close enough to you, then they will make the cost effective choice of keeping one. And a human costs so much more.

They want it to think like you so it can easily do some of the busy work freeing you up to take on more tasks and be more “creative” with your work. However, they are also unable to answer whether or not this could eventually replace jobs should it get good enough from your training it.
