If anything, this crap has me even more eager to vote next year to get more Dems into office. This shutdown shows just how little power the Dems currently have. There must be a better balance in DC. I hate that they caved, but people are suffering.

Right there with you. Because I saved a bunch of my skinny clothes from 20 years ago, i’m not having to spend a bumch of money now. Bonus: rugby shirts are “in” right now! I’m still 40 away from my goal, but some of my XX shirts are starting to look too big. Keep at it!

That’s fair. I’ve been handed scripts like that, which would require narration to retrofit them to an audio drama format. That can make them clunky. I’m always on the lookout for new standalone scripts for my radio theater program.

The issue becomes ability to play the media. I have a very basic stereo now to play my CDs. However my 5 year old car has no CD player. l’ve always listened to music from CDs while I drive. I still by CDs and books that are important to me, but no longer DVDs. We just don’t watch them anymore.

Not that bad. But that’s coming from a guy who can tell you the album, side and track list for every Rush song almost instantly… So yeah… Don’t listen to me. 🤣
