In September I made a Modest Proposal to Canada, in the face of their spending more than C$67 million to buy up Assault Weapons and destroying them, they should pay a stipend for gun owners to voluntarily bring their guns to military bases to ship them to Ukraine. They're doing it! PAY UP, CANADA!
