It's actually pretty clear...which drug dealer will do the most for me? Maduro wasn't a bad giy in Trump's mind. But like the uber-bully he is, Maduro had something he wanted and wouldn't give it to him so being the bigger, stronger, he did what bullies do and took it for himself.
