I had many British relatives message me with so much enthusiasm over his stint with the Bank of England and then crying "lesser than two evils" when I was less than enthused. Was grateful to be able to send them this piece and save myself from tearing more hairs out than needed!!!

What we might perceive as absurdity is often, in part, enabled by some kind of power structure. In this case, white supremacy as a power structure, which relates to ethnicity

He probs didn't translate it, as OP pointed out he doesn't know Chinese. How does an author sell millions of copies of a translation from a language they don't even know: A lack of scrutiny & resources to get the thing published in the first place, only a white man could pull this off..
