I missed your first post but I am super happy you are still here!!

I also like to add sunflower seed kernels or hemp seeds on top of the soup as well for texture

Pea soup with mint!

Basically you cook the peas with olive oil and salt then blend it with some oat milk until a smooth and thick consistency and then add the mint and blend it again after the milk!

Its amazing with some some warm sprouted wheat bread from a bakery/bakery section
