#Food 🍜 Busy getting everything ready for my daughter's bday party, and my wife says she's ready, pointing at the pitt boss. She finished putting the Satay Ayam (Chicken Satay) together and put them on the boss. Turned out awesome and she killed it. Yea, I'm bragging on her.

Been awhile posting #food, but my dinner for tonight is from one of my fav places to go near me, Pinoy Market. Chicken Adobo, Pancit, Lechon, and lumpia. They always hook me up so I'll never stop going there. All worth it not eating all day. 🍜

🍜 Firm believer of "use what you got first" before going shopping. I applied that to my pork chili verde with brown rice. Sliced ribs and added zucchini and carrots for more veggies. Homemade salsa verde of course. Definitely boneless next time, but for now this was great and full of flavor.

🍜 Dinner tonight is Chicken Tortilla Soup. Seasoned the chicken with salt/pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin and seared it; added veggies, seasonings, and chicken broth for the soup base. Chicken is shredded. Topped with tortilla chips, avocado, cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream. I'll get you a bowl!
