Getting "drunk" from addictive substances is LITERALLY a crime in most parts of the world. But that wasn't my point anyway, rather that the people who's jobs are to rehabilitate someone should not do the exact opposite and tear them down. But I see now that's a hard concept to grasp

I've seen this argument many times, and while I can understand it, I don't fully agree. Mainly because at the end of the day she is in the program and their responsibility. Furthermore in the context of the game, her outcome is literally in your hands

But I'm fairly certain that chases "apprehension" doesn't excuse his actions towards those who he has a responsibility and power over. Explains it? Maybe, specially if it was in the actual game and not a side comic, but excuses it?

I never said she should've played any differently. In fact I think the game is great because it not only gives interesting choices, but it's perhaps the best tell tale game because of how it invites the players to explain and reflect on their choices
