I BEEN back
Red, Green and Black

Ceramics, ecology, climate, and paleontology
Definitely a case where the magnitude of the effect is worth putting in the headline. This isn't quite as bad as I suspected. It DOES make me wonder about the volume of unpublished studies though.

For more comparison, look at the two rightmost red dots compared to the last third of the blue line.

Some edits for accuracy: scale is actually micrograms per tenth of a gram of brain tissue, dates for averages are closer to:
1.5k in 2005
4k in 2016
5k in 2025

This is not quite as damning a trend, and MIGHT indicate a deceleration of uptake, but the lowest amount being 2.3k is not reassuring.

I guess I should share some of my art. I primarily work in ceramics and make pipes but I'm always looking to grow!

I'm bad at self promotion but I'll put some details and links below. Happy to join the Bluesky #ceramics community!

Yeah! I didn't want to post it earlier since it's a render and I didn't want to get into that whole mess. It's so pretty!

I think the coolest thing about it is the implication that the redder star cluster is made up of some of the first stars ever formed; the titans of the early universe.

If you want to know what the "accretion disk" of a galaxy looks like, Firefly Sparkle has you covered. You can see the constituent clusters of stars of varying ages easily, before even a billion years had passed post-big-bang to mix them into an orb or spiral.
