Yeah it's fine, we keep an eye on where the site's popping up. Our site is actually fine, it's more about managing the risk/reward for the vendors we list.

One thing I will say is it's far longer than anyone who needs this info could ever going to get through. That's not Katie's fault, there's just a lot to say. If you really want to help the best thing you can do is absorb all this info yourself, then patiently handhold individual people through it.

Hey that's a decent shout! The reason its plaintext is in our data model its actually 2 fields, a list of ISO country codes and a free text field for e.g. "Worldwide", with the free text texr field taking prio if populated. It'd be a neat change, but it'd be work keeping it perfectly up to date.

Our best guess is that this is just a poorly handled case of burnout. Anyone who's out of pocket fully deserves to be upset, but if they do pop up with a public statement try to be kind and constructive.

We haven't seen any issues with the quality of the product that was already delivered, nor do we have any reason for concern. This has been ongoing for a couple months now, we were hesitant to make a public statement on this as they'd previously been a great supplier.

We're comfortable with south east asian vendors and medications as a lot of western medications are manufactured in the same those same countries and even the same facilities, so there's existing trustworthy supply chains in place.

These aren't missing, they're vendors we're not entirely comfortable vouching for. Dragon Ordnance is related to another site that's essentially become a scam, and the others have primarily Russian-manufactured medications that don't have the same provenance Western medications do.

If you're being extremely charitable there's an underlying theory here that isn't completely ridiculous, but it's sitting on multiple layers of totally unstudied assumptions that he just states outright are true based on nothing. It's the Boron meme all over again.
