The last of my Florida snow. There was a small patch left on a shady spot in the backyard. I brought it inside and had my husband hold it for a picture. I doubt I will live to see it happen here again. (Last time it snowed here was 35 years ago.)

We were anchored in St. Thomas for a few days in 2011. Saw a few fellow cruisers on their boats. Cruise ships were coming and going with their passengers sightseeing for a few hours.

We are having a neighborhood event today. I bought about $100 worth of Aldi’s cookies and made up three platters.

We used to have a huge 9 foot tree that was really heavy and took up too much space. We replaced it with this little cutie from Costco. I think it will do the job. 🎄

It was a quiet day until we saw a charter catamaran plow right over a line to someone’s mooring ball and just keep going. There was a bit of yelling and cursing after that. 😱
We had Thanksgiving leftovers with fellow cruisers the next day. 🥖🍗🍷

In keeping with your sailing theme (sort of). We were slogging down the Tenn-Tom waterway from Tennessee to Mobile, Alabama. Our mast was lashed down to our deck from bow to stern. It was cold and windy that day as we were approaching yet another dam/lock.
