yeah and speaking of influencers i’m also sick of feeling that every media i consume is incentivizing me to consume which is why i like using threads because what modern media platform doesn’t have ads or brand collabs for every other post

and the great thing about having socials like this that you can just shoot the shit with is you can pick it up and put it down on your own accord and it would be of little or no consequence

i think i’ve started growing increasingly tired of the idea that people should have access to you all of the time which now i feel like im actually having better conversations with friends that i do talk to regularly

no i literally shuttered all my meta accounts except for the one i use for threads. got rid of twitter and im half considering leaving tiktok but i want the ability to download videos and even then i am using it a lot more sparingly
