Yeah I trying hard as a kid I had a lot of issues in middle school and high school and as a young adult bc I didn't know how to control my anger due to my condition. And I don't want that for my children.

My son's automatically get angry when they're upset as in sad so what do you do then?? And then there's me who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder as a teenager.. But I get what you're saying though. Believe me I'm working on their issues NOW so it doesn't roll over into adulthood.
