Shading progress on "Marrowhound"! I love how the contrast is coming together, especially around the face and limbs. I’m aiming to finish this piece by the end of the week, so I’ll be pushing those details a little further.

Let me know if you think it needs even more shadow depth!

Throwback time!

Here’s a character sketch I did a while back—armor, fabric, and all the little details that make my brain happy. Still debating if I should take this further, maybe give it a full rendering one day.

What do you think? Keep it as is, or push it further?

A new creature sketch—"Marrowhound". Gaunt, skeletal, and creeping at the edge of something forgotten. This one has been in my mind for a while. I love creating creatures that feel like they have their own strange histories. Maybe this one does too.

What kind of legend would you give it?

Not much drawing happening this week, so here’s a throwback to a sketchbook study where I practiced photorealism. Haven't drawn in this style for years but it was a fun challenge in shading and lighting.

Taking a break to recover, but I’ll be back with new work soon! Thanks for sticking around.

Taking a moment to look back at one of my older creations. There’s something poetic about nature reclaiming what’s lost. Even years later, this concept feels as compelling as ever.
What are your thoughts on this? I’d love to hear them.

New sketch in progress: Meet Lament Swarm.

It’s always a thrill to bring these haunting yet elegant creatures to life. I’m still refining the details, but I’m excited to see where this design takes me.

What do you think so far? Let me know!

Sharing a throwback today!

This fae sketch is one of my past favorites. Loved experimenting with the delicate wings and antler-like branches while keeping a soft, serene vibe. It’s always inspiring to revisit older pieces.

What’s your favorite kind of fantasy character to see in art? Let me know!

WIP update: I’ve decided to rename this piece to "Chorus of Limbs." The previous name didn't give me the right feeling. It still needs a lot of refinement, but it’s coming together.

I’d love to hear what you think so far! Thanks for all the encouragement, it keeps me motivated to create.

Throw-back to one of my older pieces: a skeletal figure embraced by a starry void. This piece has a haunting simplicity I still find captivating.

It’s a reminder that even unnamed art has its own quiet voice.

What does this piece say to you?
