Thanksgiving prep underway 🥰
Pie crust is underway. Roasting a garlic bulb for a Brussels Sprouts dish. Fed my starter 1:3:3 to make a boule as a gift for my youngest, her partner, and make @kingarthurflour Buttery Sourdough Buns for dinner.

Dark Chocolate Best Ever Chewy Brownies. I used some brown sugar in place of some of the white, 1/2 semisweet, 1/2 bittersweet chocolate chips, and added some toasted, chopped pecans. Sprinkled some sea salt on the gorgeous, shiny, crackly top.

Gringa Carnitas Enchiladas in a Green Enchilada Sauce I mixed with some sour cream to stretch it to ensure I had enough sauce.

Gringa Carnitas Enchiladas in a Green Enchilada Sauce I mixed with some sour cream to stretch it to ensure I had enough sauce.
Very tasty. I added some rice, sauteed veggies, cheese to the shredded pork. Pork was slow cooked in my oven w/a cup of apple cider.

Greek Style Stuffed Onions came out great! Had them with some simple, sliced beets on the side. Very yummy. 😋😋😋
Several steps to the recipe, but none terribly complicated. I had them ready to bake in about an hour, including chopping veggies for the filling and sauce.
Will make again!

Preview of coming attractions......Dinner tonight is Greek Style Stuffed Onions. Hubby likes stuffed peppers, but I do not. So, came across a recipe using onions.
They look yummy so far. I'm gonna bake them around 5:15.

Cleaned my fridge/freezer today. Very proud to get that done.
But,didn't see a small glass jar fell in my disposal, till I turned it on 😵💫 Thankfully, hubby cleared the jam, got the glass bits out.
Made breakfast for dinner. My Cinnamon Raisin Cranberry Sourdough bread makes great toast. 😋

Cleaned my fridge/freezer today. Very proud to get that done.

Hubby requested Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough. I only had one third the raisins needed. So, the rest is cranberries, which he said was just fine.....like this bread!!

Bacon Grilled Cheese on my Croissant Sourdough Bread. Nice side salad with romaine, beets, mushrooms, celery, Feta, glazed walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
