What are you moving to, if you don’t mind sharing?

I see this all the time in my industry, and it's a career limiter for a lot of people once you get to more senior positions. You have to be marketing yourself quite a bit, and/or the ideas that you care about have to be marketed, often led by you as a face of it, if you want them to get traction.

I once got it in big trouble for doing it in a leprechaun voice (second grade, on St Patrick’s Day obvs) and regret that it wasn’t an intentional act of protest

Basic street smarts, quiet inside voices, solid walking shoes, lots of admiration for google maps and pre-planning routes, contactless card. Recommend just using an international day pass rather than worrying about a whole new eSIM etc, much simpler (maybe more expensive).

I think a lot about the giant, in-your-face-in-DC protests from the 60s and how we’re not seeing that. These distributed protests don’t feel like it.
