I've lost count at how many times in the last 8+ years I've said to myself "this will be the Republican wake up call" only to have them cave to MAGA voters. They are the new Republican base and they ain't changing their mind even when faced with a harsh reality. They "double down, and let it ride"

This is why I put half the blame of our current situation on the Democrats. They need to figure it out yesterday.
