Item 68, if passed, would authorizes the #CityOfPhoenix to enter into short-term licenses/agreements with #Trump's gov't. Item 68 would allow federal agencies to use city-owned property to:
• Stage operations
• Use city land or facilities temporarily
• Access sites not otherwise open to federal use
