Cricket fan first, one-eyed Aussie second. What I hate is dead-rubber cricket!

If you can just get us to 3-0 after Adelaide (starts Dec 17), you can do what you like by then!!!

I really hope Stokes and England can learn form this match. it’s going to be flashy but ultimately fruitless if they keep going solely in this vein.
As an Aussie, I want this to be a close, nail biting series, not over before Boxing Day.

A grateful nation salutes you. You have until December 4 to work out how you can live only in the kitchen for 3 days during the Brisbane Test!!

As an exceptionally one-eyed Aussie, I have a great regard for the respect and sportsmanship shown by the English team and the Barmy Army - Cricket fans first, fierce competitors seconds
Test cricket is alive and well.

Bradman’s 334 made in 1930. Surpassed by Hammond (336*) in 1933, and then by Hutton (364) in 1938.
Bradman’s record didn’t even last 3 years.
Please retract this statement, this is the second time you have published this falsehood.

That the Proteas deserved to win the final, undisputed.
That they were the best team in test cricket over the last two years is much tougher to substantiate. Many wins over relative minnows does not an impressive record make.

Bradman’s 334 in 1930 only stood for 3 years as highest test score.
Wally Hammond’s unbeaten 336* was made in 1933.
What are you taking about?!
