Hadal chases down the merc making off with his stuff! Yet another #OC #Art, I'm enjoying coming up with fun villains for him to chase down. What should we call this criminal croc?

Here's a follow-up to my last #OC post—Hadal squares off with the newest maniac in town, the firestarter Gehenna.
A boy with aquatic-themed gear, a water cannon, and blue hair faces down a man striding confidently over the ruins of a burnt-out car set ablaze. The striding figure has his arms outstretched as he is wreathed in flame, his suit is made of flame-retardant materials, and he has canisters of flammable liquids on his person.
