I think I’ll be back to working sets of 135lb in late July. Goal is to get back to working sets of 150lb but basics first. I’m trying to really dial in my technique- it feels tight but I’m losing some tension mid lift.

Hit a plateau on pull ups so adding some weight so I can build up my endurance to bust out more body weight reps.
