While in France we had lunch at a Michelin restaurant. This menu is inspired by that lunch. Raviolo inTom Kha Gai soup; beef cheeks braised in tallow & duck fat, hold mashed potatoes, baby carrots & peas; crème brûlée, tomatoes, balsamic, basil, olive oil beads; melon with prosciutto &mozzarella.
