This Diwali tradition is very unique to maharashtra. Every year there are numerous Diwali special magazines coming out.
Some are printing since the last 75-80 years and are a must read every diwali. Some are new, 10-5 year old publications trying out new experiments.

English translation -
O dear golden showers !
Can you promise me
To shower the old Aunty
who sweeps these roads,
With a bunch or two more
