Which is why I bring up the piracy aspect. Today, it's super easy to enjoy content without supporting the creator by simply watching it on a piracy website, it's what I did for Sonic 3 when Paramount was being really stupid about Israel

I mean, I personally see nothing wrong with liking a franchise while still hating the person behind it. The kind of "taking the art away from the artist" type of thing, y'know?
It's hard to just move on just because the one behind it all happened to be a garbage dump of a person.
