Ableism, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia. We agree they are bad yet it gets ignored through exclusion.

Similar to the LGBTQ community welcoming people. Everyone is welcome, that does not mean everyone will treat you well.

We all deserve kindness and care on this space rock.

I enjoy food and had to change my diet as I approached my thirties. To this day though you can't convince me cooking is not magical.

It is downright majestic that when you steam, cook, broil, or grill something it can transform into something extremely edible and delicious.
