There seems to be a dementia risk, particularly from older antihistamines; you can find primary literature on this quite easily if you want to know more.

I don't remember what it was or precise details, but I once found an infected machine because I thought the network graph on a port looked odd - like 2 decades ago when I was still mostly messing around with fish.

It's interesting how small details and pattern recognition are so helpful.
