Kitchen and office look normal, when the temp is hit the rads and pipes still have heat in them so temps will go over what is set. Can only guess that the living rooms are being overfed from some other rooms rads as well? Have you tried balancing you radiators? www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NsZ...
