Sending heartfelt wishes to President Biden and his family. As a centrist-leaning liberal, I’m grateful for the decency and steady leadership he brought. His presidency gave me four years of hope and stability. Thank you, Mr. President—I won’t forget it!

Our family moved to the US in 1983...already a huge rock-and-roll fan, John Mellencamp’s Pink Houses was one of the first songs (and videos) I really bonded with in a new country.

Those lyrics made me feel like this was a country I could believe in—and be proud of.

Respect, Mr. Mellencamp. 💗

I’ve always admired Aaron Rodgers — a relentlessly reflective guy who keeps trying to grow.

He can be prickly at times, but he’s spent his whole career in a prickly league. His comments here — especially about former coaches — feel like a snapshot of someone taking stock of his path.

Respect.

Lots of spitting & snotting in team sports on grass or turf. I’m puzzled.

Don’t these pros realize they’re (1) sliding into their own spit and snot, (2) doing this on what is essentially their workplace, and (3) potentially increasing slip-related injury risk on dry fields?

Still puzzling. 🤔
