I'm a cheater that uses a bread machine but I imagine it would work without too--https://breaddad.com/bread-machine-potato-bread/ this but I use butter instead of olive oil and omit the rosemary (bc I use it for breakfast toast, it's prob very tasty for like a dinner bread)
