turns out, i was able to get the lower dose again and i'm finally free of rebound again!! a quick google search told me that after that long of a break i should NOT be taking the high dose and restart with the lower one to up the dose over time. life is easier again

we had a super moon last night, which means the moon is at its closest orbit to earth AND it's a full moon, so the moon appears larger and up to 33% brighter than usual! look at her, she's so beautiful 🥹
a photo of our moon, taken with a phone camera. the moon appears in an orangy colour, as the photo was taken approximately an hour after its rise. the moon's glow is in stark contrast to the dark, almost black sky. due to being taken with a phone camera, the picture isn't as clear as could be, but there are still a lot of smaller details visible: the classic dark craters show the moon's usual pattern with lots of darker and lighter spots, as well as many other spots, small and big, showcasing all of the moon's beautiful craters.

i am giving you a beard update because i can't stop giggling and kicking my feet like a little school girl /silly /gen

first 2 pictures are how my beard currently looks which i already love, and the other 2 pictures are my beard enhanced with my partner's eyebrow makeup which i love even more!!!
a close-up of the lower half of my face. beneath my nose, there's a visible trail of dark hairs against my white skin on both sides of my upper lip. on my chin are only a few stray dark hairs, but more blond hairs as well. below my chin and in my neck a quite a few more dark hairs, though not that much visible on this photo. on my cheek are also a lot of dark and blond hairs. i have a golden septum piercing ring as well as a golden lower lip piercing ring and i'm wearing a grey hoodie and a black jacket. a full-face selfie of me. my brown eyes look a little tired at the camera and my lips are formed into a half-smirk, half-smile. i have shortish brown hair that grows over my ears. my tiny mustache and and chin beard are still visible, though not as much at this distance. another full-face selfie of me. this time, my beard hair looks way darker than before after having applied the gel eyebrow makeup. it's still mostly just my moustache and chin hair, but everything is way more visible and in stark contrast to my light skin. my eyes look more awake and i'm smiling happily like an idiot. another full-face selfie. with gained confidence thanks to the dark beard, i am granting another half-smirk, half-smile at the camera. i like how the moustache curves with the smile.

i let the afk method run for about an hour and i got fucking 4 shinies!!! 2 skiddo, a pancham and the alpha fletchling. so glad i went back and checked the alpha 😭 just crazy seeing 3 shinies on screen at once, here are the skiddo and pancham.

but on a different note (and in a different language bc who actually wants to hear the german complain about german politics in german), i saw a pretty rare weather phenomenon on my way to the polling station today!!!!! a fucking halo!!!!!! i've never seen one before, it was so cool 🥹
a photo i took outside. in the center of the photo, the sun is seen as a big white shining dot on an almost clear blue sky. a few thick but small clouds are around it, but almost invisible to see is a very faint thin cloud veil in front of the sun, that stretches over most of the sky. at some distance to the sun, there's a perfect circle of colourful light around the sun, as the thin cloud veil reflects the sun's light. you could technically describe it as a "spherical rainbow", if that helps with visualisation. at the bottom of the photo are just some random houses and streets from the neighborhood, as well as my finger in front of the lense, because i couldn't see what was going on on my phone's screen. silly.

a photo of me holding my new phone in my hand. the phone is an alt mive folder 2. it's a fairly large flip phone, with a big screen on top ("big" meaning, it's big for a flip phone, not your regular smartphone) and a t9 key system on the bottom half. the screen is currently showing my home screen. the wallpaper picture is a purple photo edit of saturn and a few other smaller planets and moos. i have a few app folders and widgets, all in a purple theme. the keys on the bottom half all have an english, as well as a korean layout, since this phone is exclusive to south korean.

ich habe es tatsächlich gestern morgen sogar geschafft, einen bolid mit auf ein foto zu bekommen! der bolid sieht natürlich weitaus nicht so beeindruckend aus, wie er es in echt war, aber das liegt leider auch an meiner bescheidenen handycamera 🤷‍♂️
ein foto vom nachthimmel, fotografiert von meinem fenster aus. der himmel ist in gräulich-gelben farben dabei langsam hell zu werden, wodurch sich am unteren rand des fotos die silhouette einer baumreihe abhebt. knapp über der baumreihe sieht man zwei helle punkte am horizont, jupiter und venus. im oberen bereich des bildes sieht man das sternenbild fuhrmann, mit kapella als hellsten stern. zur linken seite des sternenbild sieht man einen kurzen, hellen streifen, als während der langzeitbelichtung des fotos eine helle sternschnuppe, ein bolid, vorbei zog.

i got the monsgeek m1 v5 via diy kit, so this will be my first time getting to build with a barebones keyboard and getting my own switches and playing around with different foams and such. also got the v3 lavender purple pro switches! look how pretty!!

for the last almost 1½ years after he got his diagnosis, my brain has flipped a switch and i've been extremely dissociated from what was happening to him bc otherwise it would've been too much for me. last night, my grandpa fell asleep.

this is a photo of me sitting in my new powered wheelchair! i'm white-skinned, have short brown hair, a lip and septum piercing and you can see a little bit of my rainbow ferris wheel tattoo on my arm. i'm wearing a black t-shirt with the print of a white outline that looks like an eye on the chest, black shorts, white socks with red cuffs, green toes as well as a black and rainbow colored "pride" design on each side. i'm smiling happily at the camera and both of hands are giving you a thumbs up! the wheelchair is just a normal standard wheelchair with small front wheels and bigger back wheels, so that i can also push myself. on the right side of the frame of the chair is a device attached with the joystick to controll the chair when it's in electric mode.
