At my age, I should know better. That appears to not be the case. Vodka, fineish wine and the heavenly scent of a new book. With a dark sense of humour, I am either permanently affected by trauma or I have dementia. Only time will answer that question.
Our weather was odd this year. A cold start, followed by a hot spell, then tepid. I'm glad that a few of my plants managed to bloom. I'll try again next spring.
