I value trans, intersex, nonbinary, 2 Spirit and gender creative folks who exist. There is no conflict for me as a religious person to recognise the whole and holy in trans, intersex, 2 Spirit, and gender creative people. I am not alone in this. www.uua.org/pressroom/in...

I am excited to delve into disability theologies as a part of my ministerial education. If anyone wants my booklist, reach out. I am also wanting to shift the conversations in disability theologies from mere inclusion to feelings of belonging. We deserve to be held and recognised as fully human.

The current books I've found on the overlap between disability and theology has been limited by how few there are. I want more to exist and where disability isn't negative/healed away.

I am not okay with the SCOTUS rulings that have been released since January 20. Every person is legal, valid, and worthy of dignity and love. No one should be bombed or deported for who they are and their race. #LoveIsLove #NobodyIsIllegal #TransIsSacred

The interruption to services provided by the SSA (no matter how frought) is not okay. So many disabled people utilize the meager to ensure they can live in their communities and not be in institutions. If you don’t know that history, go look it up. It’s deplorable and exactly where we’re headed.
